Introduction

The Middle East and the Gulf States represent a vital and significant region on the global stage, due to their vast natural and human resources, along with their strategic geographic location. Despite these advantages, the region continues to grapple with significant challenges concerning security, stability, sustainable development, and climate change, necessitating comprehensive strategies to address them effectively.

In response to these challenges, several countries in the region have launched the “Middle East Vision 2030” initiative, a comprehensive roadmap for the region’s development and growth through the promotion of regional cooperation, economic growth stimulation, and attraction of private investments, in line with global trends.

This international scientific forum seeks to highlight the future prospects of this pivotal region by 2030. It offers a unique platform to discuss fundamental issues, explore innovative solutions, and promote regional and international cooperation to overcome these obstacles.

Publishing and Participation Guidelines

  • The General Secretariat of the conference invites researchers, academics, and specialists to submit abstracts related to the conference themes. Abstracts should not exceed 200 words and must include the researcher’s full name, contact details, research title, relevance to the conference themes, significance, and objectives.
  • The research must demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and adherence to internationally recognized scientific publishing standards.
  • The research must not have been previously published or presented at any other scientific conference.
  • The conference administration guarantees the scientific publication of the research after it undergoes peer review, provided that the researcher implements any required revisions.

  • Deadline for receiving research abstracts via email isf@cimeg.ca: March 1, 2025
  • Feedback on abstracts: Within one week of submission
  • Registration and Opening Ceremony: April 12, 2025
  • Scientific Sessions and Conference Closing: April 13–14, 2025
  • Scientific publication of research papers and provision of publication links: June 20, 2025

Participation Fees

  • In-person participation fees: €250 ($270)
  • Remote participation fees: €100 ($110)
  • Participation includes:
  • You will receive a participation certificate, a stamped program, and a conference bag.
  • There is an option to deliver a joint presentation, with an additional fee of €50 per participant.
  • The article will be published in a conference book with an international identifier and access to a publication link.
  • The conference will take place in 5-star venues, and refreshments provided.
